It is mandatory for the Investor having grievance to take up the matter directly with Vasuki India at first place.
Vasuki shall endeavour to redress the Investor complaint(s) within 21 (twenty-one) calendar days from the date of the receipt of the complaint by Vasuki.
Option 1: SEBI has launched a new web-based centralized grievance system called SCORES i.e. SEBI Complaints Redressal System for online filing, forwarding and tracking of resolution of Investor complaints.
If an Investor is not satisfied with the resolution provided, such investor may register/lodge a complaint to SEBI through its online portal SCORES. The link to access SCORES is https://scores.sebi.gov.in/ and investors can file complaints by clicking “Complaint Registration” and “Investor Corner”. SCORES facilitates investors to lodge complaint online with SEBI and subsequently view its status or an Investor may also contact their toll-free helpline service number (1800 266 7575 or 1800 22 7575).
Option 2: You can initiate your grievances via SMARTODR (Online Dispute Resolution) portal.
